Excellent dentist who cared for our family. Now retired. Dental Care Design is now served by his partner Dr Mark Janczakowski
Unsuccessful invisalign Dentists and staff here take the advantage of others. I would not recommend anyone to this dental care design. They did not do what they supposed to do and became rude when a patient wanted to discuss further because the invisalign case was UNSUCCESSFUL and the patient was unsatisfied, very unhappy and disappointed with the result.
Dr. Hetzer helped me start smiling again! I hated my smile but could not get up the courage to make a change. Honest evaluation and a helpful staff guided me to the best decision of my life! I used financing to help pay for the cost that insurance did not cover and I FEEL and LOOK GREAT!!!! Thanks to everyone at Dental Care Design for making this a life changing experience! Susan
