Hi, I had shoulder surgery by Dr. Mark Scholl over a year ago... I thought i was just having shoulder surgery but during surgery he decided to cut my biceps tendon and improperly re-attach it. My biceps muscle 6 months after surgery was hanging low down by my elbow and was in constant pain.
