Have been a client for many more years than the age of their new receptionist. Had an 8:30 a.m. appointment. Called at 8:05 a.m. from my car that I was on my way and was caught in unexpected thruway traffic due to a disabled vehicle. Was informed by the receptionist I could not be more than 10 minutes late or they would not take me. Luckily knowing some alternative routes, I arrived in the office at 8:30 a.m., only to have her look at me smugly and at the clock that displayed 8:30 a.m. and tell me they could not accommodate ... read more
