Good doctor thorough
The office Manager has always been a problem, including the staff, and back office. I absolutely would never be a patient or an employee in that kind of environment. They definitely can do better!!
I wanted to report on the worst experience I had when I called this PCP office. Whoever attend the phone call (when you press option 9), is the rudest office staff ever. She will not disclose her name and said it's none of other's business. Dr. Wilmer, you need to get rid of her or talk with her. She doesn't care about your patients.
Dr Walmer has been taking care of my medical health over the past 15 years. He is a great doctor with medical knowledge for caring and treating my medical issues. I feel I am very fortunate to be under his care!
