Dr. Borer was my psychiatrist when I was a kid. He took the time to figure out a more subtle diagnosis than any other doctor I had been able/willing to do up until that point. Things weren't perfect with my experience but that had to do with problems with psychiatry generally. If you have a child who needs help Dr. Borer is one of your best options in Delaware.
