Doctor Rosales himself is a very nice man. Unfortunately, almost $1400 later. ..Uncovered by insurance which he knew and did not indulge how horrible my insurance was until after 500%.mark up on everything that he gave me and had done. I have been referred to an amazing doctor that is down in Phoenix that many of my friends have been happy with, and he does not charge the enormous amount of money for patients whose insurance does not cover the crooked mark up.
Stay away! Never have I seen such dishonest deceptive billing in my whole life. No honesty or integrity here. Just creative ways to get all they can. They will lie, cheat, steal, and be proud of the trickery.
