Easy making an appointment. Short wait (10 min). No technicians or nurses - first visit spent 25 minutes with the doctor. Let me tell him the story in detail without interruptions. Asked a lot of questions. Thorough exam. Explained to me the problem using an eye model. Made sure I understood the treatment (wrote it on paper). Gave medication samples. I left feeling good about taking care of my problem. Will recommend him to my entire family!
I saw him recently for a long term eye burning that was no solved by several other doctors. He spent a long time listening to me while taking notes and then examined me thoroughly. Since my memory isn't very good he wrote the diagnosis and details of treatment on a large page so I could understand the plan. I followed his instructions to the letter and four days later the problem was gone! Dr. Ros told me on the next visit that as long as I follow his instructions I should have no more eye burning. He is #1 in my book.
