About a year and a half ago at age 15, my son decided he wanted to try contacts. It was unsuccessful. Now that he's 17, he wanted to try again. So first I called and asked if they still had the trials that were ordered for him - they didn't (he had only used 1 previously so they said they'd keep the other if he wanted to come back and try again.
