Dr. Richardson is simply the best. I have a healthy fear or truly exaggerated fear of dental work but he quells my fears every time. Painless. Listens. Genuinely caring and is also holistic in his thinking, and extremely patient centric. An amazing experience with all of the highly professional and attentive staff every time. I cannot recommend this office enough.
Absolutely thoroughly impressed and happy I waited to go here. Everyone was kind and the hygienist was SO gentle and quick. The knowledge about my tooth issues was amazing - I hardly had to tell her anything, she knew. That's a level of competence I haven't met before. Also - for the first time in 50 years, both she and Dr Richardson took an interest in straightening out my teeth, helping solve some bigger issues. Started going to Dr. Richardson this year for a second opinion on extensive dental work, and so far, I’ve been really impressed with him and his staff. Very friendly atmosphere, exceptionally clean, modern office, and thorough explanations of work being done. I found Dr. Mark Richardson Dental in London, Ontario because I was specifically looking for a dentist who could safely remove my mercury fillings.
