He is very good with dealing with migraines but him and his staff need to mind their own business. I had to rush in today after working out at the gym. I didn't have time to shower. But they thought something was wrong and began questioning me asking if everything was ok and if I needed help. I found that very rude and condescending. It is not their business about my scent. I don't normally come in after I go to the gym but today was an exception. It was not their business or place to question that.
I think he likes doing that nerve conduction study a little to much. Not his fault that it's so uncomfortable but by the time you've been shocked 20 times it's hard not to let french words fly out of my mouth. He also got really upset when I had a difficult time doing my calendar of symptoms. I actually tried to be seen in Eugene instead and they told OHP I had missed my pretend appt. Dr. Ramirez and his staff are wonderful! I have battled migraines for years, and seen my fair share of neurologists. Dr. Ramirez was so much better than any of them! He asked questions, really listened to my challenges with pain, and provided some incredibly thoughtful options and insight into my care. If you are struggling with migraines, make an appointment! They are really great!
