I have a very large fear of needles and when I went into my appointment to have my face cut open - I was crying. this “doctor” told me I need to be put under anesthetic because I was crying. Very very unprofessional as I told him I wanted to have the procedure still and was told no all because I was previously crying. Shouldn’t doctors be trained to deal with a couple of tears? Bed side manors were terrible. Will not be going back for the procedure.
Did a great surgery on my husband
Stay away, literally the worse hand surgeon. So rude, doesn’t really come in and examine anything…will walk in look at it, say two words and walk right out in less than a minute…you literally sit there feeling bad that you’re asking one question cause he makes you feel like you’re wasting his time. Went to another plastic surgeon and was told the way my bone grew back could have been prevented completely if I had gotten the proper care….now I have a completely deformed numb finger and now it has to be fixed. I have had 6 surgical procedures done by Dr Thibert. I have been treated with nothing but respect and professionalism by him and his staff. Every procedure has turned out to be a success and I am better for it!
