Dr Klingensmith was as nice as could be to me. Very professional and thorough! I appreciate him!
From the front desk receptionist so miserable and rude to Dr Klingensmith miserable and horrible bedside manners. Was a waste of my time and insurance money. When I asked a question he said he had no idea but get this at the end asked me if I had any questions. Such a weird experience.
Little in the way of showing a personal touch; does not smile. Monotone, prosaic; largely keeps head down looking at laptop while interviewing patient. Doesn't care for patient going into detail about medical history or immediate concern. Sort of pretends to listen, yet facial expression indicates his mind is fixed on the next question. Trying to get ahold of them is a joke and for them to call back, you have to leave a message stating they haven’t called you back the last 3 times you tried, then their “reminder call” is automated and didn’t come through clear at all so can’t make out what time they reschedule you for. Then you have to fight the phone for 30 min to get someone back on the line. The female doctor was wonderful tho the rest of the staff seemed like they could care less.
The office called me twice to change my appointment time and made it for 930am. Never got back to a room until 1015am and finally left at 1110am with ZERO help. Dr, Klingensmith has ZERO bedside manner, never asks how you are, stares at his computer the whole time while asking monotone questions with NO compassion. He spoke for 3 minutes straight without ever opening his eyes. He told me 99% of ear problems are not ear problems. HUH WHAT?? What an awful waste of time.
