Trying to get ahold of them is a joke and for them to call back, you have to leave a message stating they haven’t called you back the last 3 times you tried, then their “reminder call” is automated and didn’t come through clear at all so can’t make out what time they reschedule you for. Then you have to fight the phone for 30 min to get someone back on the line. The female doctor was wonderful tho the rest of the staff seemed like they could care less.
The office called me twice to change my appointment time and made it for 930am. Never got back to a room until 1015am and finally left at 1110am with ZERO help. Dr, Klingensmith has ZERO bedside manner, never asks how you are, stares at his computer the whole time while asking monotone questions with NO compassion. He spoke for 3 minutes straight without ever opening his eyes. He told me 99% of ear problems are not ear problems. HUH WHAT?? What an awful waste of time.
Very rude to my husband. Only wanted to deal one problem at a visit. We won't be back.
Didn't want to listen when my teenage child was describing his symptoms. Got visibility agitated when I asked questions he didn't know the answer to. He didn't help resolve my childs symptoms. Useless waste of our time. I was sorry I took my child to him.
Dr. Klingensmith performed a pain free biopsy inside my mouth. I have always found him to be highly professional and highly competent. Most of my appointments with him over the years, has been for ear care and maintenance. His staff has also proven to be excellent.
