Dr. Mark Cook is the BEST doctor I have gone to for my health issues. He is the kindest, most professional, laid back, talks to you like a friend not just another sick individual who just crawled in. He really cares about you as a person. He asks about our family members and how things are at home. I HIGHLY recommend him! He’s the BEST of the BEST! His nurse Jayne is also awesome!
Dr Cook is absolutely amazing BUT, trying to get through the automated phone system when trying to do something as simple as making an appointment is maddening. It's 1:45 PM on Friday and the recording says they are open until 4:00 but there is absolutely no way to get ahold of a human to make a simple appointment. I must see Dr Cook every six months but you are not allowed to make an appointment 6 months in advance while you are at the office for your current appointment so you are forced to use the system.
