All was as it should be: prompt and polite service, clear instructions and helpful discussion. Dr. Bruss and Waterville Family Physicians continue to meet the highest standards of care.
Dr. Bruss devotes concentrated comprehensive attention to my overall age 78 health. I’ve relied on and had faith in all his diagnoses and the follow-up with the care needed to keep me healthy and functioning well.
Dr. Bruss adjusted his schedule to squeeze me in on short notice. Was having much pain and he diagnosed an addressed the issue. He really listens and cares about his patients.
Just had a regular check up. Dr. Bruss has been taking care of my family since I was a child. We have never had a complaint, nor been disappointed in the care that we have received from him. He still remembers that true patient care is not just treating the symptoms.

Dr. Bruss has been my physician for 48 years. Started with him when he was just new. Love him. He has gotten me through so much. He is always attentive and explains and listens to anything I say or ask.
I called Thursday morning, I had very little hearing and both ears and extreme pressure. Dr. Bruss was able to see me that afternoon. He flushed both ears and there was also an infection in the right ear. I was so thankful that he was able to see me that day and relieve my pain. It's not every doctor's office that is that caring. I have been going to that practice since 1978. That's how much I have faith in these doctors.
Dr. Bruss has been my family doctor for more than 40 years. He is the best of the best in every way!!
