I saw Dr Plumb at the LensCrafters in the gardens mall. I’ve been getting my eye exam at this practice for quite some time. This is the first time that I’ve seen Dr. Plumb. I found him to be very thorough. He even took the time to look over all my records as it was His first time seeing me as a patient. I had pretty much given up on contacts. Best eye exam ever! Very professional and was quick so i was able to get on with my day!
One of the best eye examinations I have had! I have a lot of difficulty with clarity when wearing my contacts due to astigmatism, and I told Dr. Plum that I understand it won’t ever be great with contacts (vs glasses). He then spent extra time going through all of my old records and testing out different combinations to find the best and most comfortable prescription. This guy is an embarrassment to the practice of medicine. Pads his bills with unneeded and unwanted services. Maybe it’s the practice he works for. But stop trying to force services that are not actually required onto your patients, Mark.
