Dr. Pelikan has been my primary care physician for the past 4 years. I am satisfied with the level of service provided by him and his staff. If looking for a primary care physician, I would recommend.
Dr. Pelikan is great, highly recommended, but his staff since switching to Esse is a nightmare. They are lazy and unable to do their job properly. Starting with the reception to the nurses. I get rudeness and attitude from all of them. I used to be able to get information and messages to Dr. Pelikan easily, but now I have to go through the rude staff who are rarely helpful. I wish he was still with SSM, they were a joy to deal with every single time.
I've been going to Dr Pelikan for over 10 years now and he's always treated me with great respect and genuine concern. If there's a problem, he gets to the bottom of it. I would highly recommend Dr. Mark Pelikan.
