This was one of the best experiences I’ve had within medical field. Dr pallis runs a top notch operation. My scheduled appointment was thorough and professional and best of all on time . I couldn’t be happier with my experience with dr pallis and his team.
Waited 2 months for an appointment for my daughter. Today was her appointment. We arrived 25 minutes before the appointment and checked in at the kiosk as we were told to then sit in the orthopedic waiting room. Half hour passed and we were still waiting. Told my daughter to ask at the desk why it was taking so long. She was told they had called and left me a message a half hour ago canceling my daughter’s appointment bc the dr was in the OR.
