Dr Mark Nishiya is great, without a doubt. My mother had an appointment set up for three months. The days leading up to the appointment, she received multiple reminders of where, when, check in time. The day of her appointment, when checking in, she was told that he was not in the office that day. But then they also said he had been called into surgery. Surgery failed. Terrible follow up service. No concern for patient!
My recent visit was extremely supportive and informative! Dr.Nishiya explained what would be the best treatment for me and was very cordial. He answered all my questions and helped me make decisions about my follow up. Also, Michelle Mason as usual was great assistant!
Everyone is helpful and nice. You all make going there a nice experience! Thank you!
