While I think the place has qualified practitioners; the business and customer service is truly lacking. I’ve gone for an appointments and had to wait 2-3 hours to be seen —this is every time. I understand that they have to clean after each patient because of the pandemic, but that should have happened even before that event. I believe they overbook which causes patients to have to wait and waste unmeasurable amounts of time. When I’ve gone they have you waiting—-sometimes coming to explain the delay, sometimes not.
