Dr Moran is very harsh and has a terrible bedside manner. Did not receive any of the services discussed except medication. Found my own solutions. Do not recommend.
He had absolutely no bedside manner. He drifts off somewhere when your attempting to explain your condition. I do think he is in a power trip. I stayed with him after their breakup. I didn't mind Dr. Moran's bedside manner but after my last injection, I knew I wasn't coming back. The three people who I saw before I went into the procedure room were not friendly and honestly, I'm not sure one of them was qualified to work there. That is nothing compared to their billing office. My last appt was my 3rd injection and somehow I still owed over $200 more. I don’t often give 1-star reviews, but wow… First, the wait was ridiculous. Second, the doctor’s bedside manner left a lot to be desired. Brusque, almost rude. And considering I was a new patient, it seems a 5-7 minutes appointment is barely adequate. And THIRD, and this is the BIGGEST one for sure, when I opened the little silver door to put my urine sample in the cubby, THERE WERE FIVE OTHER PATIENT’S URINE SAMPLES with their names and birthdates right there sitting in the metal box.
