Tried multiple times to get in contact to get my childs glasses replaced or fixed and no one will answer the phones or return my call.
I wish I could give 0 stars. This doctor is nothing more than an IMPATIENT UNEMPATHETIC BULLY!!!! He was so rude to my 6 year old autistic nephew. He didn’t explain ANYTHING he was doing. He kept making smart remarks to my sister about how uncooperative he was and he couldn’t communicate. However, this child communicates and holds conversations just fine, in multiple languages I might add. He also told them, he knows how special needs children “can be”. Don’t know what that means. My grandson went in today for glasses. He Has Autism and leukemia my husband and I recommended Dr. Mark Moore to my son and his wife. We are absolutely shocked and heartbroken at how rude and unprofessional and very unhelpful. Dr. Moore was To my six-year-old grandson. His motherleft in tears, skipping her appointment that she was going to pay cash for. I Do not recommend to bring your children here or family, rude rude rude Horrible attitude. KINDNESS AND PATIENCE COST ZERO CENT!!!!

Lady up front was pretty nasty, refused to work with the VA/tricare, even when we had a VA representative on the phone telling her how the process works she argued. Not friendly to Veterans, would not visit. I hope Dr. Moore knows how his front desk is being operated...
