Lady up front was pretty nasty, refused to work with the VA/tricare, even when we had a VA representative on the phone telling her how the process works she argued. Not friendly to Veterans, would not visit. I hope Dr. Moore knows how his front desk is being operated...
I haven’t even had my appointment yet. The phone call to book my appointment was very professional and the lady was very sweet. I believe her name is Brandy and I can’t wait for my appointment in December. I let Brandy know that I was super happy with how friendly she was over the phone because I canceled my appointment at another location with a different company because I did not like the lady at the front desk attitude at all.
