Terrible customer service by the front desk. Refused to release my test results to me without booking another appointment.
Dr. Mark Majors regularly overcharged me for office visits and did not inform me that he was doing so. This went on for three years and the money was only refunded to me after I requested it. He also never followed up on any lab results, even if it was serious.
Saw this doctor for the first time for an annual physical. My cholesterol came back high, and his advice was to cut back on egg yolks—even though I don’t eat eggs. Not very helpful, thanks doc.
If you're going to see this doctor have your money upfront! I had a positive COVID home test and requested an appointment. I was told I had a deductible. Typically a claim is submitted and the patient is billed. He asked his staff to tell me I'd need to pay $120.00 for my visit upfront. I've been seeing this doctor for over 10 years. This was a new insurance, I've never been asked to pay upfront prior to a bill being submitted to my insurance. I asked if I could pay half that day and another portion in 2 weeks. I visited the office only once. Despite being instructed to arrive 15 minutes early for my appointment, I wasn’t seen until nearly 90 minutes later. It was a disappointing experience, and I’ve decided to switch doctors after just one visit.
