Dr. Luley genuinely cares about his patients. I had been assaulted and had a brain injury that affected my ability to speak. I had severe PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I was having seizures and a tic that disfigured my mouth and face. It was a nightmare. Dr. Luley was knowledgable, gentle, kind, and patient. I will always be grateful for his help.
