Whenever I call them, my phone calls are almost never returned. If they are, it's usually a month after. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was completely shocked at the amount of foul language they used. It was very inconsiderate and impolite. The office was easy enough to find. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility.
