Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.
They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. Almost every time I visit, I have to remind them who I am, why I'm there, and what my circumstances are. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here.
