I've been coming here for many years to see Dr Miles. I have an open and trusting rapport with him. However, for some reason, whoever does scheduling keeps canceling my appointments!!!! I went in Monday, and the front desk clerk tells me it's canceled, but she calls back to let them know I'm there and I'm seen. It's so irritating to have to deal with this when having a medical issue. Dear Scheduler, do better!! I have NEVER missed an appointment!!!
They don't answer phone calls promptly
I am so blessed to have Dr Miles as my family doctor. Well versed in every field, takes the necessary time and makes sure your well both physically and mentally. I consider him not just my doctor, but my friend as well.. Mark Wilson
I have been a patient of Dr Miles for many many years from when he was in Pacolet and continued to his new location he is a very understanding and caring doctor he has taken care of all of my family.
