Negligence of services: causation... Told mr I wad good for the surgery no worries until 5 days before telling me I owed 250 bucks after telling me it was covered... not enough time to manufacture that money and putting me inna financial hole... and this directly qualifies under the causation clause of negligence of service unacceptable afte this i hope they never get used im not impressed at all
Office staff is extremely rude. Having blaring music playing in waiting area that they refuse to turn down.
Dr. Keller is very good at his job, but his office staff is less than undesirable. He performed both my tonsillectomy and thyroidectomy. I had almost no pain with either, and less than six months later, the scar from my thyroidectomy is barely noticble. His office staff needs to work on their communication. My primary care physician's office was calling his for the results of my biopsy for over two weeks before they would send them. Dr. Keller has been amazing for my hypothyroidism. He has been the only doctor to listen when I knew something was off, (and my family history). He also was amazing when my son needed an submandibular lump (that had staph in it) taken care of.
I have had two surgeries with Dr. Keller and highly recommend him. He reassures you with his office visits before and after surgery and always has a smile for you and answers all your questions. His office staff and nurses are great to work with as well.
