Dr. Kemenosh and his team provide excellent therapy. I went for ART and it really helped my tight left IT band. These guys are the real deal!
I started seeing Dr Kemenosh 4 years ago when I was 6 months pregnant. I had a misaligned pelvis, was in tons of pain and could barely stand straight. Within the first week of seeing him I was able to stand straight. I've been plagued with back issues most of my life and Dr Kemenosh, and associates, always gets me back on track. I would highly recommend him to anyone.
Active Release Therapy keeps me running, biking and swimming! Through regular sessions I have eliminated plantar fasciitis, tight calf muscles and shoulder issues. Several years ago I used to have calf muscles tighten up so much that I would strain them and not be able to run for a few weeks. This was with regular stretching of the calf muscles! My daughter and sister were both experiencing severe Ciatic pain. After 1 treatment they felt great relief. I've had great experiences there myself. My husband and I go once a month. Always professional and never a long wait. The ART therapy far exceeds just chiropractic. I definitely recommend!
