Impossible to Connect with. After leaving multiple emails and voicemails for months I have not heard back from him. Would really love a reply back considering it's been months since I've first reached out
This psychiatrist has been incredibly unprofessional and unreliable. For being a psychiatrist, he lacks giving the appropriate care for people dealing with mental health issues. After missing one appointment, he asked to reschedule. I sent him my availability right away, but was ignored and never seen by him again. I was not impressed with this psychiatrist whatsoever. He seemed friendly and caring at first, but then everything went down the drain. While he did prescribe Nardil (phenelzine), the only medication that ever truly treated my crippling, panic-driven social phobia, he completely failed me during the 2020 Nardil shortage. I had been stable on it for over 25 years, and suddenly found myself thrown into a medical and neurological disaster when the drug vanished from supply. Grateful for this doctor.
Dr Katz has been amazing even during the height of covid when emergency room were packed. Very knowledgeable on different treatments and medications. He never gave up on helping me! We have tried so many types of medications to find what works best for me. It is a work in progress and he has been and continues to be there for me. I wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for Doc Katz. I thank you, my children thank you, my mother and sisters thank you! CC
