I have been trying to get an explanation of what 60% means on a form I have to have filled out..I called this Doctor to try make a appointment, but before I came in I wanted to know the answer to that question. I was told the Doctor was too busy to answer my question. I didn't have the option of emailing him. what is it with these people they think they are God they don't know everything and they're not that important.
