Just wanted to leave this well deserved Review for Dr. Young and the Staff. They have been so Patient with my Hectic Schedule and very helpful with dealing with my Previous Dentist before my move to Folsom. Dr. Young saved me some money from not doing extra Procedures that weren't worth doing. Also the Customer service is Excellent and very Patient! Kayla was so sweet and understanding! Thanks again for all your Help and Support! See you guys very soon!
What a great experience! Yes, having a root canal is not high on anyone's list of fun things to do. However, Dr. Young and his staff are top knotch. The office is beautiful and calming. Dr. Young is incredibly gentle. I have been in dentistry for 36 years and have watched many procedures. Dr. Young and his assistant Lisa worked so well together it was like Symphony, so well tuned and precise! Thank you again!
Who likes going to the dentist? I surely don't but this office was fabulous!!!!. Dr. Young was so gentle and caring. I had a procedure that afternoon and my dentist recommended them for a root canal and I was able to get in the same day. The office is so beautiful and calming. Looks like you are at a spa. Thank you for your help with my issue. Your whole office staff was great.
I was very nervous coming into the office yesterday, had to get a root canal. Michelle, who assisted Dr. young made me feel comfortable almost immediately. I found her to be very outgoing, knowledgeable and kind! The front Receptionist, Tiffany was very friendly on the phone and in person. and Dr. Young is a nice and gentle person who did a great job on me. The first initial injection of Anesthesia didn't even hurt!!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone!
