The staff were very nice and helpful. Dr Syms was great.
I had a good experience from the Ladies that did the hearing exam. I was not pleased, sitting in the room waiting for the Doctor 45 minutes. I have never waited in a room that long for any Doctor .
Dr. Mark Syms, is a good ear doctor. He asked me if I understand what I'm going to have done, and if I have any questions. Free feel to ask. The staff is also great, they greet you in the lobby and take your co-pay and than come back to see the doctor. Thank you Dr. Mark Syms.
Very professional, caring staff and Dr. Dr Syms might not have the sweetest bedside manner, but was no nonsense, to the point and hopefully took care of my issue. I felt well taken care of!
