I had seen a NP, David there a few times-- in 2022 & 2023. I called today to schedule an appointment and was told my chart would need to be reviewed and a decision made. A couple hours later I received a voice memo stating Dr. SAXON declined me to return. I called back and asked if there was a reason. No reason was stated. That's just their policy. Straight up usual quack (like all these psychiatry places). They literally guine pig you. They denied my husband as a patient anymore because he cancelled appointments that were made during his work hours but it was ok for them to cancel on you.

They’ve really changed. The Boss was always kind of a weirdo but everyone knew that. But now it’s an insurance claims factory that will go to the ends of the earth to charge you. My therapist was only ever Concerned with qualifying my problems as a line item (actual 1-10) on an insurance checklist that they can bill for. If you are dissatisfied with your dentist, optometrist,… etc because they’ve become a giant, impersonal, shady with billing. This is Saxon’s Mission Statement, expand and bill.
