Casey is probably the only good thing about this place. Dr. Saxon will outright refuse to see you, no matter the situation. And the people at the front desk are completely rude. My dad called to get some help due to side effects of his meds and they hung up on him! While everyone else involved seems nice, they could really use new staff at the front desk. They really don't care about the well-being of anyone.
I’ve been with Saxon psychiatrically for a few years now. I’ve been through some doctors, I will never go anywhere else.
Really great people here. Casey is great and lets you feel heard. I’ve never felt rushed out the door or just another name on the calendar. You can tell that she really cares. Andrew is also fantastic and compassionate. Doesn’t just tell you not to worry, but actually explains the science behind your thoughts and emotions, along with concrete skills to help you improve. I enjoy catching up with Dr Saxon as well, and the support staff have always been helpful. Just an all around great place!
Hi I left my dr in scranton,to have Lauren at Dr Saxon to take care of me.I have to say she is wonderful she is so knowledgeable I have been suffering with tremors since my old Dr got me off of medicine in December.Lauren explained why this could be possibly happening.I never met a more knowledgeable and compassionate person.I highly recommend her.
Providers can be nice. Front desk staff for the most part is really rude and awful
