The receptionist from Dr Polatnick is rude and unprofessional. She should. Not be working in a Drs office

Dr Polatnick has been our family doctor (myself, parents and grandparents) for years. He always listens and cares about me when I see him and will ensure he understands how to treat an underlying condition.
I called yesterday and inquired about the result of my ultrasound. A receptionist stated she talked to the doctor, and the result was "indeterminate." When I asked her to explain, she stated "It means we don't know what the heck is wrong with you." I called again today about some concerns. A receptionist became irritated, and stated "The doctor has nothing to talk to you about that." I hope the doctor is informed about this inappropriate behavior of his receptionist(s) and he can rectify this.
