The dentist seems to do good work and has been nice however, the staff there have consistently been rude and gossip in front of patients.
This office is part of a chain. They have several offices. Management is horrible. Only concerned with making money. Sterilization isnt important because it doesnt pay the bills. They have little care and concern for the patient. If you want to fill like just another money maker for this office this is the place for you.
This place sucks for estimating the cost of your out of pocket expenses. I was told my fillings would cost me \$140. So after I paid my money and got the work done, they came back to me and said they had assumed I had already paid my \$50 deductable. So I still owed them \$55 for bad assumptions and bad estimations. This was in no way my fault or the fault of my insurance company, this was just the office misleading me as to the price I was going to have to pay, until after I had the work done. Estimates are estimates for a reason...I havent had a problem with the cost yet because I know dental work is exspensive. The office is clean, and everyone is friendly. The Doctor ALWAYS calls to check up the evening you have serious dental work done. Its a great office.
Best Dentist in town in my opinion. One of few Dentists that actually takes the time to get to know his patients and more importantly know what he is doing. Highly recommended.
They do suck at estimating the cost , but the doctor is so nice, and gives lots of options on the work you need, but also they dont give you much time to pay for what you need done, but then again I have not a dentist that dose.
