My previous dentist retired. And the dental community lost a tremendous asset with his departure. This 'doctor' is rude, condescending, and definitely in it for the money and not a calling. Would not recommend to anyone.

Writing on behave of my mother. He was rude and refused to adjust or help my mother with the denture he made for her. The denture is too big, ill fitting, and uncomfortable. He told her he would not adjust it anymore and blamed her for his shotty work in adjustments. Told her she needed to go somewhere else for a new denture. She is not a demanding person. I'm a very bad dental patient. Nothing is more terrifying. Scares me to death. In addition to being an excellent dentist, Dr. Estes has a great ability to put a patient at ease.

I had been going to Dr. Carter for years. I had previously gone to Dr. Barnard who was there prior to Dr. Carter. I went for a scheduled appointment and was told that they no longer accepted my insurance. I was very disappointed to hear that but more for the fact that they didn't tell me over the phone. I have always had such high regard for Dr. Carter and his staff. I found another dentist who did more x-rays than I've ever had done and gave me a very bad prognosis. This dentist - HORRIBLE! She actually BULLIED my child. My son was so uncomfortable with this woman. She repeatedly commented on how his mouth was terrible and needed so much work. Negativity over and over. He said that everyone in the back then kept coming over and looking at his mouth and how terrible it was.... I honestly am still in shock at how my son was treated.
