Are your looking for a doctor who is kind, caring, and compassionate? Dr. Mark Flood is the person to see. He does not push medications and push you out the door like other physicians. He gives you his full attention and takes into consideration any other medical issues that may be causing the problem. It's true he doesn't take insurance, he is worth every dollar spent. I have worked with/around doctors my entire career at a well known medical facility. I had the pleasure to work with Dr. Flood years ago and then ended up being his patient for close to 20 years. I think he is compassionate, kind, and genuinely takes interest in your well being. There are good and bad employees in every doctors office. To judge a doctor based on his staff is ridiculous!! Horrible staff, abusive, putrid attitude. If he is a good doctor he needs to check how the desk staff talks to patients. I would advise anyone to stay far away from this practice. Very abusive. Adding insult to injury the person who answered the phone stated hat she owns the practice and that there is no one else to turn to for further discussion. I have been a patient of Dr. Flood for almost 18 years. I find him to be very kind, patient, compassionate, and always calls back when I need him. I highly recommend him to many people who are in need and they always leave satisfied with their visit! While it is true he does not take any insurance, I think he is worth every penny. I truly don't know where I would be without him. BEST psychiatrist around!!!
There is no doubt, one of the best Psychiatrists in the country! He is the most Compassionate, knowledegable, caring Docter you could ever meet. He has been there for me, and my family, for over 15 years!! Thank God for Dr. Flood!!
He is smart, funny and honest. Tells it as it is with great examples and patience.Takes cash only! You will leave his office happy, everyone does. Sometimes, limited availability.
He is just a great doctor. When I leave I feel like a just took a zanax. He does not push drugs at all on you. He is incredibly insightful and cares about his patients.
I have been seeing Dr. Flood for 5 years and liked him immediately after meeting him. He is very perceptive and picks up on things very accurately. He has been so caring and genuinely invested in my well-being. He always returns phone calls and follow up when I need him. We have a great relationship and I feel lucky to have found him!
