I had several injections with this Dr. But no one answers the phone at this practice and back in 2025 I read that a patient showed up for an appointment and the door had a sign that said PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
Has given me 4 shots in my back the last couple years and it took the pain away, the stuff is outstanding
