years ago I had numerous root canals completed by Dr. Chicoine. Every root canal (except for one, so far) that he did had to be 'fixed' by another dentist. In fact he failed to get all of the decay out of the root canals and I currently had to have the tooth pulled (a molar) because he did not get all of the decay out and it has continued to decay all of these years under the crown that he put in. I am now going through the expense and pain of having a new tooth put in.
Great Staff, Nice Office Very pleasant staff. They were quick and efficient. The negative reviews here show patient's ignorance. When YOU make an appointment, the office shouldn't have to call you to remind you that you have an appointment. It is a COURTESY call. You make the commitment to be there. This office treated me very fairly, and has gotten me in on short notice, as well as taking great care of my kids when they have had issues.
Ridiculous! I had a general checkup scheduled and got a reminder call on my way out of town and needed to cancel and reschedule. I rescheduled my appointment for the following Tuesday. I came down with a sinus infection and strep throat and this was the first call I made when I walked out of the doctors office on Monday morning. I was told that I would be receiveing a bill for not cancelling 48 hours in advance. Thumbs Down! Chicoine is NOT people person and his receptionist is MEAN. Plus they have the worst hours ever and take on too many patients. They only work like Mondays through Thursdays! And last time I went I waited for my appointment for an hour. Oh and they ask you to cancel your appointments 48 hours in advance, but they don't call to remind you until the day before.
Wonderful emergency experience. I had never been in to see this dentist but I was in a tremendous amount of pain. They scheduled me for the same day and had a terrific bedside manner. I was terrified of having my tooth pulled but the hygenist took the time to explain the procedure in detail so I knew exactly what to expect. TERRIBLE THIS IS THE WORST DENTIST I HAVE EVER SEE. HE HAS ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHAT HE IS DOING. A LITTLE CAVITY TURNED INTO A HUGE FILLING AND NOW I'M GETTING A ROOT CANAL.
