Done my hip replacement 5/30/23. I'm up walking with a cane right now, and won't be long I'll be without it. Dr. Hood is very professional, cares about his patients, called and checked in on me. He also called my my wife to update her and his staff as well during my 3 hour surgery.Just all around a very good doctor!!
Always a good experience to see Dr. Hood. He is very down to earth and easy to talk to. He has always been thorough and listens to my health issues. He did my hip replacement in April and the whole experience was pain free and very easy to recover from. Dr. Hood has a great personality and makes you feel confident in his abilities. Dr Hood is a great surgeon. I had a total knee replacement in February 2023. I shocked the physical therapists by how well I could move and use my knee. I am on the road to complete recovery. I would highly recommend Dr Mark Hood.
I thought the Dr was very nice, efficient and explained everything very well. A couple of nurses were a little chatty and I had to wait longer than needed for an xray, but other than that a very good office staff.
Dr. Mark Hood is a great Dr. He he took the time to listen to my concerns and address these by walk me through and explain the MRI and X-ray of my knee. No surgery will be necessary for me at this time, Yes! Thank Dr. Hood and Happy New Year 2023
