Just look at the other 1star reviews on Issaquah Dental Health and the owner responses. Mark Herzog and his team doesn’t take responsibility for their actions and denies factual claims. I went in for a root canal and after getting it completed, I continued to feel pain in same area. I decided to see another dental facility and the dentist commented on the quality of the root canal and had to get it redone. The quality of service and professionalism is simply not up to par. What’s worse, they don’t seem to own up to it!!
All I want for Christmas is for Dr. Herzog to not be practicing bad medicine anymore. Dr. Herzog installed two crowns, both of which were likely unnecessary because he pushes unnecessary work. 6 months after those crowns were installed, the first one failed and then a month later the second one failed. Every dentist I saw after asked why someone would install a porcelain crown on someone with extreme bruxism. Found out the hard way he should have recommended a gold crown. I no longer dread going to the dentist. Dr Herzog is simply the best. I trust his work and advice completely and always feel comfortable from the moment I walk in the door. So glad I found him!!
Poor experience with Dr Herzog dental office. I am a regular customer for 3 years and the new receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She refused my paid appointment when I arrived a couple minutes late and recalled her earlier saying that they allow 15 minutes grace period. She ignored my questions and blocked my calls when I want to ask for clarifications. She also told me "we will not see you today when I called about my appointment 5 minutes ahead of time". The dentist is great- very professional and does a good job but the new staff not so much. Used to really enjoy the services provided and the staff were great but in the past two years it has become all about selling me services that are not covered by insurance and comes as an out of pocket expense. Very frustrating when all I want is a checkup and a normal teeth cleaning.
