I no longer dread going to the dentist. Dr Herzog is simply the best. I trust his work and advice completely and always feel comfortable from the moment I walk in the door. So glad I found him!!
Poor experience with Dr Herzog dental office. I am a regular customer for 3 years and the new receptionist was rude and unprofessional. She refused my paid appointment when I arrived a couple minutes late and recalled her earlier saying that they allow 15 minutes grace period. She ignored my questions and blocked my calls when I want to ask for clarifications. She also told me "we will not see you today when I called about my appointment 5 minutes ahead of time". The dentist is great- very professional and does a good job but the new staff not so much. Used to really enjoy the services provided and the staff were great but in the past two years it has become all about selling me services that are not covered by insurance and comes as an out of pocket expense. Very frustrating when all I want is a checkup and a normal teeth cleaning. You will never find a better dentist. All of the staff is amazing; everyone is personable, welcoming, and very communicative. They have integrity and do meticulous work—Dr. Herzog is an artist and an awesome guy. I couldn’t be happier with them!
