I have no problems with Dr. Hashim but his receptionist, Kate, text messaged me yesterday asking if I would like to do a video follow up appointment to get my card extended. I replied yes and then she apparently schedule me for a 10:15 appointment today which I didn’t even realize because all of this was being text messaged while I was at work.
