A strange Doctors office trying to sell everything from Vitamin B12 shots to Botox. Looks like a store, not a Doctors Office. Staff is rude and very callous. I was often billed incorrectly by them and they wouldn't correct problem, leaving me with insurance bills that weren't paid by my carrier, due to their errors and incompetence. Had to file insurance grievances with my carrier against them. They also try to use their Lab, which is not covered by most insurances. BEWARE!
Seems to lack knowledge of and sensitivity to mental health issues, making quick and inaccurate assumptions without attempting to assess the true nature of a patient’s condition.
He doesn't listen, and speaks over the patient and is very insulting in what comes out of his mouth. I will never go back to this so called doctor again.
Dr. Haltrecht is a fast, sharp thinker. He grasps the issue quickly and comprehensively. At first I was taken aback due to the contrast with the pace of the previous doctor. But now I appreciate how he thinks. Also, when I return after a while he always seems to remember me and be up to date and my issues. I have found his approach and recommendations to be very helpful.
I went to Dr. Haltrecht because he took over, my doctor retired. Mostly, he is a decent medical doctor but there are a lot of decent doctors out there. I have always feel rushed by him (not his staff) and he overtalkes me and diagnoses before I even tell him the symptoms. There's no warm fuzzy feeling that my physician cares but that I am a chart number and this is a business. I got Meyer's drip, no B12 shot or gluconate which was charged to my ins. Major run around, told it is on the chart.
He is a very traditional doctor, who does not think out of the box. He discredits info I present to him from several books I read.
Unprofessional and terrible bed side manner.
Dr, Haltrect is an excellent physician. Spends time listening to you and does not put you on a medication unless absolutely necessary. Now, I only take one medication and I am 65 years old.
Incorrect diagnosis and a bad attitude. Never again.
