This was my final visit. I am very successfully recovering from my hand surgery done on July 7th 2020. Dr. Henry utilized his talent and expertise once again to make my surgery a great success. Excellent service care and staff. Sliced the tendon in my finger with a serrated steak knife and was referred to Dr. Henry by ER staff. Was in surgery getting my hand repaired within 2 days. Dr. Henry is approachable and communicates well with patients to make them understand the healing process and limitations. In house physical therapy is extremely attentive and communicates with Dr. Henry for progressive rehabilitation.

When I badly injured my hand, I was sent by Urgent Care to Dr. Henry. I had to have hand surgery that very day, which Dr. Henry performed satisfactorily. However, if I had not been in such a predicament, I would have found a different doctor. Mark Henry is not only a jerk, but is well aware of it and seems to get off on it. He is rude, condescending and completely unpleasant. From my experience and what I overheard during my long waiting times, he treats all patients like he is annoyed by their mere presence. I sustained an injury on 9/1/20 and thought my life was going to change due to the injury. I was highly recommended to setup an appointment with Dr. Henry and was informed of the work of he performed to a previous patient who sustained 2 injuries. Visiting Dr. Henry's office was the best decision I feel possible for my circumstance and well worth the drive. Dr. Henry and staff were very polite, direct with instructions and recommendations, and very welcoming.

Dr. Henry has been wonderful! I tripped over a speed bump on a Sunday evening walk and broke the radius in my left wrist. I was given his name Monday, called for an appointment on Tuesday which was set for Wednesday morning, had surgery that afternoon, and I could not be happier. The office staff has been so kind at every follow up appointment. Very knowledgeable Doctor, I am pleased with the job he did with my finger that I neglected for a month before treatment. His bedside manners are to be reckon with, but you have to speak in the same manner as he does and the communication line will be clearer and fine. Once you get past the initial lack of medicine bedside manners that most are accustom to; all is well. The staff is very courteous and professional. If I had to go again, I would use him, Now that I know how to deal with him. He is a great surgeon.

Dr. Mark Henry is too complicated. He seems to possess the skills but his EGO is a problem. His behavior is scary to me.
