Terrible quality lenses. I bought an expensive pair of glasses with progressive multifocus lenses and added all the coatings they recommended. Lenses became cloudy after a short time and they replaced. Went back again with the same problem and they said they were out of warranty because warranty starts with the first purchase even though they were defective. Go somewhere else!
After my visit I left the office, not realizing I didn't get the glasses for my dilation. When I called to complain I was told the glasses are on the front counter, Now 10 months since my appt I get a colllection notice for $37 becauce my insurance didn't cover the whole bill nor Did Jervey tell me this procedure is NEVER covered by any carrier.. I never got a bill from Jervey. I would never recommend anyone going to this office.
