Dr Gwartz and associates are so kind and skilled and my teeth feel good and beautiful. I returned many years after getting my braces off to get my permanent retainer repaired and they were able to get me sorted the same week. I am a nervous patient and felt so well taken care of.
Dr Gwartz and his entire team are TOP OF THE TOP. I just finished my 14 month treatment with them and I am in awe and disbelief of how incredible the expertise and professionalism is in his office. Previous to coming here, I went to another orthodontist who told me that I would need to get jaw surgery to fix my bite. Dr Gwartz took one look at me and gave me confidence he can fix my bite, and HE DID. He is literally the BEST. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and I even finished my treatment early. I'm not sure how he can get such positive reviews, but more recently he has been extremely negative. My child hates going to the orthodontist. Dr. Gwartz basically complains how he hates his job and life as my poor child sits in the chair. He gets frustrated with my child because the dr himself can't get a wire to effectively fit. This is highly unprofessional. Even the outcome from the braces isn't as stellar as other work I've seen. If you are thinking of joining as a patient, find someone else.
