Easy to talk to and willing to listen. Understood my options and he explained the process and what to expect after the procedure.
I am very pleased with my visit today. It was a bit of a wait, but it was Monday and the office was packed. I completely understand being late. The front desk was friendly and informative, and all of the staff in the back were professional. It was my first visit and I felt welcome and cared for. I'm glad to have chosen KE and Dr. Glanzer as my provider.
