Yall need to get your appointment times to the appointment time, not 30 minutes later and then they sit in here for 5-6 minutes while your eyes dialate, 20 minutes later. Come on you can do better than this. Just stuffing them in and getting that $$$$. Too much waiting time. Back in the the day you were in and out in 30-40 minutes now it’s wait, wait, wait 1.5 hours for an eye exam is crazy. But Glanzer and Rusty were awesome after the long wait to see them. I totally agree with everyone that gave 5 Stars Dr. Glanzer knew exactly what I was trying to say when I said my lenses in my new glasses didn't match. Everyone there were very nice and very kind.
