Dito to the others complaints. Dr. Pelletier I thought was a decent person until I found out his WIFE is PAMELA and he ALLOWS HER TO BE HORRIBLY RUDE TO ALL PATIENTS! I knew something strange was going on between them when she made me CRY at 5 of my appointments and made me very upset at ALL of my appointments, and despite him witnessing the atrocities and me begging him to make her stop being so mean to me, he NEVER DID ANYTHING!! Dr. Pelletier is a very nice person and an average dentist. I have visited this practice for several years and in that time have noticed that the friendly front desk person and sweet hygientist that they once had are gone. The staff now is atrocious....the last appointment I had I was asked 3 different times before I even arrived if I had my monies in order. The dental implants I received did not do well and had to be properly done by a periodontist. I spent thousands of dollars for nothing and the dental assistant, pamela w... read more
very disappointed in visit for routine checkup & cleaning. Hygenist seemed dishoveled, forgetting to scrape & polish several of my teeth. During visit I felt the instrument hit one of my teeth. After the visit, I saw that my tooth had been chipped..why didn't the dentist or hygenist see that this had happened & why weren't they more careful as to not chip a patients teeth??? Very disappointed in quality of service.....
