All this place cares about is the money and there's no compassion the doctors suck
Doctor Campbell is a good doctor, but his staff are the worst my treatment is being delayed because no one put in the authorization Thursday like they where supposed to my insurance company assured me if it was submitted it would be approved they spent 45 minutes looking for the request. And the old lady they have for the off hours answering service wouldn't even take a message, send anyone an email, or anything! I got disconnected during my phone call with someone from Dr. C's office and she couldn't even take a dam message... read more
Dr. Campbell would be better doing research at this point. He seems very tired, aloof and lacks empathy. Response time from the office is extremely slow and they are always very busy. If you want someone that talks to you directly, go somewhere else because he always seems out of it.
