Horrible doctor. Bad attitude. Could have cared less that I’m at a point in my life that I need to see a neurologist. More concerned about if insurance will pay. Literally the worst doctor I’ve ever met and sadly I’ve met A LOT.
I went to see Dr. Friedman yesterday. I have to say in this whole process I have been going thru since June, he was far the worst Dr. I have seen yet. He did not listen to what I was saying and he rudely interrupted me and my husband. Did not talk to us but at us. I tried to explain my symptoms and he interrupted me and said that is a lot of symptoms to go thru lets just concentrate on one, don't worry about the others right now. Seriously! This is the first time I have went to see him and he did not seem to care about me at... read more
I never write reviews, but seeing a couple of people were negative, I felt the need to say that my experience with Dr. Friedman is all good. Never met him before. He reviewed my records before meeting, he asks questions and he listens. He prescribed a helpful medication (no need for a pain med), recommended tests that gave useful information and recommended me to another specialist who was great, and he follows up.
Mt father has, what we believe to be, dementia. Between parking the car in the parking garage (me) and dropping my father off at the door to meet me in the office, he got lost and we had to have campus security and others try to help locate him. Once we finally found him, it was 17 minutes after 9 am, and the lady at the desk says to me, "we have a 15 minute rule and I can't guarantee the doctor will see him." She goes in the back, talks to someone, then comes back out and says the doctor has left the office because his pati... read more
I like the dr. He's thorough enough and explain things thoroughly if you ask. But **you ABSOLUTELY have to ask**, otherwise it will go as others have noted: he will buzz in-and-out of the room in < 5 minutes. So come prepared with a list of questions. The reason for my low rating is the disorganized office staff and the difficulty communicating with them. Appt scheduling, precerts, working with my insurance to cover treatments. Hard to reach the right person, they don't return messages. A mess.
3 years now and all he does is push medications
Leaving one ?? because I cant leave zero!
Does not spend hardly anytime with you, maybe 5 minutes at the most. Does not perform full neurological exam. Additionally, extremely difficult to get in touch with even when there is an emergency and difficult to get an appointment.
Don't waste your time or money on this guy. He definitely doesn't mind wasting yours. He doesn't want to listen to your symptoms. He litterly does not care. The staff in charge of my Chart doesn't email you back. He is a JERK! Do your homework by finding a good neurologist via healthgrades. These jerks need to realize we can hire and FIRE them!! I doubt he would want his wife/mother/sister or daughter treated the way he treats people!
